RECEPTIONIST and Operations/Marketing Assistant wanted for Construction Company and Real Estate Brokerage to: greet customers and visitors in our corporate office, show model home, answer phones, manage office traffic and phones, typing, assist marketing efforts of a (construction company and real estate office). Maintain marketing materials, letters with MS Word, receive and input leads into contact management software and maintain/update as needed. Request bids from vendors. Mailings, letters, flyers, internet marketing, etc... Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Publisher. A bonus would be to have experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator. Full-Time.
